Public spotlight tour

Experience Mt Rothwell come alive after dark on our monthly public spotlight tour. Wander the woodlands with up to 25 guests, guided by our experts, and spot threatened and endangered species, eastern barred bandicoots, rufous bettongs, brush-tailed rock-wallabies, and sometimes even eastern quolls, thriving across the sanctuary. A magical night of wildlife discovery for all ages.

This is an evening tour that starts at sunset.

Group sizes are capped to ensure everyone has a great experience. The tour takes approximately 1.5-2 hours depending on the wildlife you encounter.

$50 adults, $35 children under 17 years, children under 5 years are free.

An unforgettable, up-close wildlife experience.

This evening tour begins at sunset, and you’re welcome to unwind and enjoy our BBQ facilities for dinner before your adventure begins.

The tour takes approximately 1.5–2 hours, depending on the wildlife you encounter, and can be tailored for any group size.

Costs start at a minimum $350, or $50 per adult, $35 per child under 17, with children under 5 free.

This daytime tour starts at 9:30 am or 1:30 pm, and you’re welcome to relax and enjoy our BBQ facilities for lunch either before or after your walk.
